Job Description

About the Role: As Senior Designer the role would support the Design team's goal of creating collections for our inhouse brands on a monthly calendar. We are looking for fun and innovative designers who have a passion for fashion! Designers will need to work at our Oakland office 4 days a week and will report to the Design Director. Responsibilities:

• The Senior Designer will work cross functionally with Graphic Design, Buying and Technical teams to oversee multiple collections across our range of in-house brands.
• Seasonally research and identify marketplace trends when concepting visual mood boards for complete collections by brand and category.
• Manage the overall design process to ensure that the product designed in concept is successfully meeting business needs, timelines and adjusting with feedback from the team. Designers should also work with the sourcing team to ensure all designs are coming in at cost targets.
• Create technically accurate CAD sketches as well as technical packages to send overseas.
• Attend all fittings and work with the technical team to see their concepts through all stages of fit through production.
• Must be able to create at a fast pace with a good work ethic
• Perform other duties as required

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design
• 10+ years of experience in the fashion industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to manage an assistant level designer
• Brand appropriate aesthetic (streetwear or alternative clothing knowledge a plus)
• Experience with licensing a plus Dolls Kill
