Integration Specialist (Full-time Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday 35 hours/week) Pay Range: $20.00/Hour Benefits: Sign-On Bonus $2,000 401(k) with Employer Match Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Disability and Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account, and Dependent Care Account Options Paid Time Off 13 Paid Holidays Annual increase with Profit Sharing Hybrid Office/Work from Home Model Mileage reimbursement Flexibility Position Overview: Nonotuck Resource Associates is actively seeking a dedicated Integration Specialist to join our team and provide community and home services, along with direct care, to individuals with developmental disabilities enrolled in our Community Based Day Supports program. If you are passionate about fostering independence, creating meaningful connections, and supporting individuals in their journey towards a full community-based life, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position. As an Integration Specialist, you will have the primary responsibility for at least one person supported, with opportunities for cross-training with other individuals. Your role encompasses a variety of duties aimed at promoting independence, fostering relationships, and ensuring a positive community-based experience. Qualifications: 2 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. High School Diploma Computer and organizational planning. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the individuals supported. Community experience that expands specifically to the Department of Developmental Services, Adult Foster Care Services, HCBS waivers (supporting those with a Brain Injury or those who have chronic conditions affecting their availability to live safely in the community) preferred. Background check required. Valid driver’s license with an excellent RMV record (subject to RMV background check).
