Job Summary HEME Logistics facilitates end-to-end material movements, managing temperature (cold chain), security, and trade compliance for the Commercial Casgevy and clinical support studies. The intern/co-op will focus on data scrubbing of current Trade Management system inputs, conduct E2E interviews with operation SMEs to build shipment timelines for Cell Gene and Therapy materials, and potentially liaise with the Validation team to understand commercial packaging system filings (BLA). Key Responsibilities Conduct interviews with key stakeholders inside and outside logistics operations. Shadow team members to learn D2D operations. Projects Create and execute an internal pulse survey on Logistics performance and customer satisfaction, analyze data, and prepare a PowerPoint presentation. Perform data scrub of Trade Management system inputs and conduct E2E interviews to build shipment timelines. Liaise with the Validation team to learn about bringing a commercial packaging system into a filing application (BLA). Qualifications Judgment to solve basic problems. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under moderate supervision and in a team setting. Detail-oriented. Experience with project coordination or team collaboration. Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or related discipline. Typically requires 1 year of experience or equivalent education. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future. No sponsorship available for internships. Enrolled in an advanced degree program if graduating before July 2025. Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from July to December 2025. Pay Range: $20.00 – $35.00 USD/hour This is a temporary role with a third-party agency. Compensation and benefits will be provided by the agency. Pay rate depends on skills, experience, and other factors.
