Position Summary Walmart Creative Studio (WCS) is the in-house creative agency for Walmart, focusing on innovative design systems and creative strategies to drive business objectives and maintain our Fortune #1 brand presence. What you'll do Overview: In this Associate Creative Director/Art role, you’ll partner with an ACD/Copy to develop Tier 1 style campaigns across fashion, beauty, and home sectors. Reporting to a Creative Director and supported by a Senior Art Director, you’ll work within a full-service pod to create comprehensive advertising initiatives that resonate with fashion-forward customers, blending visual storytelling, strategic thinking, and agility. Key Outcomes: Best-in-Class Work: Develop strategic ideas that improve KPIs, contribute to full funnel campaigns across channels, manage visual concepts, present to stakeholders, oversee production, and ensure timely delivery. Brand Consistency: Align creative outputs with brand identity and seasonal initiatives to enhance brand recognition. Team Development: Foster growth and positive relationships within your team to pursue an award-winning in-house model. Efficiency: Improve workflows, manage projects effectively, and collaborate with production teams to deliver creative on schedule and within budget. Client Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with internal teams to support business growth. Qualifications Proven experience as an ACD, senior art director, or similar in the fashion retail industry. Strong portfolio with varied 360-degree projects. Exceptional skills in swipe and visual world building. Excellent collaboration, time management, and understanding of fashion trends. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Figma, Microsoft Office 365, Slack. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with a mix of agency and in-house roles preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art Direction, or related field. Reporting Reports to Creative Director, Campaigns (Style).
