Role/Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in Medical Devices design and development
• Hands on Experience in Validation protocol and Reports for IQ/OQ/PQ/CSV
• Hands on Experience in Test methods Validations and related documentation
• Document requirements, functional specifications, design, test strategy, cases and supporting Deliverables such as SOPs, Documentation, and training materials
• Create Acceptance Test cases, support the execution of Acceptance Tests
• Analyzing data to identify patterns, trends and relationships using statistical Analysis methods
• Ability to work across multiple Project teams.
• Co-ordinate with manufacturing sites for seamless product batch builds per protocols.
• Expected to lead the engineering change projects with minimal support from client SMEs
• Handle project deliverables for on-time and first-time right delivery.
• Effective co-ordination with offshore and onsite team.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3-years’ experience of working on manufacturing engineering validation activities.
• Degree qualified – ideally science or engineering
• Other further education and work experience may be considered

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $37.01 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $56.73 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
