Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04

What You'll Do:

As a Nurse Clinician, you will:

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in specialty nursing.
• Be responsible for developing and applying specialty practice standards , ensuring staff development, regulatory compliance, and enhancing the quality of care for patients and their families.
• Play a crucial role in managing complex patient and systems-related issues as an advanced practitioner.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• Pediatric Critical Care Certification (preferred).
• Pediatric Cardiac Care Experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated clinical competence and in-depth knowledge in your specialty area.
• Effective leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills.
• RN - Registered Nurse State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications (required); instructor experience is a plus.

Physical Demands:

This role requires:

• Constant standing and walking.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, and handling.
• Occasional climbing, pushing, pulling, and crawling.
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
• Constant talking, hearing, and eye/hand/foot coordination.
