Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your advanced knowledge and skills in specialty nursing to provide exceptional patient care.
• Develop and implement specialty practice standards, ensuring staff development and regulatory compliance.
• Play a vital role in managing complex patient and systems-related issues as an advanced practitioner.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing: Required for the Nurse Clinician role.
• Pediatric Critical Care Certification: Preferred.
• Pediatric Cardiac Care Experience: Preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and in-depth knowledge in your specialty area.
• Strong leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills.
• RN - Registered Nurse: State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure upon hire (Required).
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) required; instructor experience preferred.
