Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04

What You'll Do:

• Demonstrate Expertise: Utilize your advanced knowledge and skills in specialty nursing to provide exceptional care.
• Lead with Purpose: Develop and apply specialty practice standards, ensuring staff development and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Complex Cases: Be an essential part of managing intricate patient and systems-related issues.

Your Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• Certifications: Pediatric Critical Care Certification (preferred) and Pediatric Cardiac Care Experience (preferred).
• Skills: Demonstrated clinical competence and in-depth knowledge in your specialty area.
• Leadership: Proven effective leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills.
• Licensure: RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure upon hire (required).
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications required; instructor experience preferred.
