Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Knowledge: Utilize your advanced skills and knowledge in specialty nursing to provide exceptional care.
• Quality Standards: Develop and apply specialty practice standards, ensuring staff development and regulatory compliance.
• Complex Management: Play a crucial role in managing complex patient and systems-related issues as an advanced practitioner.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• Certifications: Pediatric Critical Care Certification and Pediatric Cardiac Care Experience (preferred).
• Clinical Competence: Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and clinical competence in your specialty area.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability in leadership, teaching, research, and communication.
• Licensure: RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure upon hire (required).
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications required; instructor experience preferred.
