Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04

About the Role

The Nurse Clinician is an advanced practitioner who utilizes their extensive knowledge and skills to manage complex patient and system-related issues. You will be responsible for:

• Demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills in specialty nursing.
• Developing and applying specialty practice standards and staff development.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and conducting research to improve patient care.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• Pediatric Critical Care Certification (preferred).
• Pediatric Cardiac Care Experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated clinical competence and in-depth knowledge in your specialty area.
• Effective leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills.
• Registered Nurse (RN) State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure upon hire (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications (required); instructor experience is a plus.

Physical Demands

This role requires a dynamic approach to patient care, including:

• Constant standing, walking, and talking.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, and handling.
• Occasional climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
