Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $62.00/hr

The Motion Graphics Designer and Animator is responsible for creating and editing high-quality motion graphics and animated content for advertising learning programs and short-form learning. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and ensure all animations meet brand guidelines and technical specifications. The role also focuses on maximizing audience engagement and improving the overall learning experience. The candidate must be energetic, adaptable, and skilled in various animation and video production tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animated content for advertising learning programs, short-form learning, and People Team initiatives.
2. Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure animations align with brand messaging and learning objectives.
3. Design and animate motion graphics using professional software such as After Effects and Illustrator.
4. Develop content to maximize audience engagement, such as implementing campaigns, live streaming events, and interactive content.
5. Ensure the quality and consistency of all motion graphics content, adhering to brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Qualifications (Must Have):

1. Approximately 5 years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, or related fields.
2. A solid portfolio of short, engaging motion graphics and animated content.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
4. Strong understanding of digital media production tools, including animation software and graphic design tools.

1. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in motion graphics design and animation using After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
2. Creativity: Ability to create unique and engaging visual concepts with strong storytelling.
3. Collaboration & Communication: Ability to effectively work with teams and communicate ideas clearly.
4. Branding Awareness: Knowledge of company brand guidelines and applying them in visual content.
5. Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of audience engagement strategies and data analysis to improve content.
