What you’ll Do

We're looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Media Planner to support our growing business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on translating client briefs into smart, data-driven media plans and compelling written proposals . You will be a key partner to our Sales and Customer Success teams - bringing creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to every stage of the planning process.

• Develop multi-platform HCP media strategies , leveraging Doceree's proprietary technology
• Build tactical media plans , incorporating audience targeting, budget allocations, timelines, and performance benchmarks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (AdOps, Platform, Product) to ensure plans are executable and measurable
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to interpret client briefs and gather requirements
• Craft persuasive, well-structured written responses to RFPs and pitch decks
• Customise proposals to align with client objectives, competitive dynamics, and industry regulations
• Serve as a go-to expert on Doceree's product suite, audience capabilities, and data offerings
• Support enablement team by providing planning materials, case studies, and audience insights
• Stay up-to-date on pharmaceutical advertising trends , digital media innovations , and HCP marketing regulations
• Help evolve best practices and templates for planning and RFP submissions

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in digital media planning, strategy, or RFP writing
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of media fundamentals, programmatic advertising , and digital KPIs
• Excellent writing , editing , and storytelling skills
• Exceptional attention to detail , time management , and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with media planning platforms is a plus
• Comfort working in a fast-paced , entrepreneurial environment with multiple deadlines
