  • Ensure compliance with NFPA70b and other applicable codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Vendor and Contractor Management

  • Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors for routine PMs, arc flash studies, coordination studies, and specialized repairs.

  • Develop scopes of work, review contractor procedures, and provide technical oversight during project execution.

  • Serve as the point of contact for all electrical vendors under contract with the client across the Central Texas portfolio.

Infrastructure and System Support

  • Maintain and troubleshoot critical electrical systems, including utility feeds, ATS, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, PDU/STS units, batteries, and lighting systems.

  • Provide real-time operational support during emergency events, including after-hours response and corrective actions.

  • Support system resets, switchgear operations, and ensure uptime of power-critical infrastructure.

Project Support and Capital Planning

  • Provide technical input on construction and upgrade projects related to electrical infrastructure.

  • Assist with the development of multi-year capital improvement plans, cost forecasting, and budgeting related to electrical assets.

  • Maintain documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

  • Administer and support the Critical Facility Change Request and Incident Reporting processes.

  • Manage and track electrical system loads and maintain building compliance documentation.
