GRC Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives within a large enterprise technology environment. This role will contribute to ongoing risk, compliance, and policy efforts with a focus on regulatory standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and HITRUST.

Key responsibilities include supporting various aspects of Technology Risk & Compliance (TRC) programs, including global policy management, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring; assisting in developing and executing IT control testing procedures; collaborating with internal teams to implement and monitor compliance activities; participating in risk remediation and mitigation planning; contributing to risk, control, and policy assessments across business units; aiding in creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and documentation related to risk and compliance metrics; maintaining inventories of IT assets, controls, risks, and related data within the TRC program; and supporting governance and oversight processes to ensure compliance objectives are met.

Requirements:

GED with 4+ years of relevant experience. Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present technical and non-technical information.

Experience working with stakeholders across different departments and levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, risks, and exceptions.

Preferred skills: understanding of HITRUST or similar certification frameworks, experience creating compliance reports or dashboards, and exposure to IT risk management tools or platforms.

Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, or IT Security OR High School Diploma.
