Visit us at: You are: We seek an Associate Creative Director with an Art Direction background, experienced in leading brand creative, content creation, and content strategy projects, with an emphasis on campaigns across a brand’s ecosystem. This role requires someone who can work independently and as a team lead, collaborating with writers and designers. You will be a key team member delivering client solutions, confident in presenting ideas, partnering with clients, and executing innovative concepts. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects across various media, and be comfortable with new tools and technologies such as genAI. The work: Collaborate with integrated creative teams on advertising and marketing projects Lead and direct content for various briefs within the client’s communication ecosystem Manage, mentor, and supervise junior creative team members, ensuring quality standards Participate in new business development to grow the account Structure, present, persuade, and defend concepts and executions in internal and client meetings Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of art direction and/or design experience At least 3 years of agency or equivalent industry experience across all media, including digital, social, film, longform content, and print Excellent online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and craftsmanship Previous experience in a creative agency or similar industry role across multiple media Bonus points if you have: Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry clients Experience in scaled AOR engagements Award-winning, industry-recognized portfolio (e.g., OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Andy's, Effies, ADC) Fluency in social media platforms and trends Experience using GenAI tools (like Adobe Firefly) in art direction or design Clear perspective on AI and the future of advertising Strong storytelling skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Compensation varies based on factors like location, role, skills, and experience.
