Responsibilities Foster positive resident relations by promptly responding to phone calls and email inquiries and relaying important messages to the property manager. Support the leasing process by ensuring vendor cleaning service quality and conducting property tours. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of leases and resident information. Coordinate with maintenance team and vendors for work orders, and provide access to vendors as needed. Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and report any community rule violations and maintenance, cleaning, or safety issues. Assist with rent collection, track payments, and delinquencies, and follow up with tenants on overdue balances. Post notices for residents on unit doors and common areas as needed. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality service. Arrange and maintain packages in the designated package room. Oversee parking violations and liaise with the towing company for authorization as needed. Qualifications Interest in property management/real estate industry. Strong customer service and time management skills. Basic knowledge of property management procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Word and MS Excel. Effective written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Friendly and approachable attitude with a strong sense of responsibility. Prior experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Onesite, Appfolio) preferred but not required. $16.20 - $16.20 an hour Please note, this position is expected to start on July 19th.
