Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $62000 - $90000 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Ralph Lauren is a global, luxury lifestyle brand that services nearly all categories: apparel, footwear, accessories, home, and hospitality. To maximize the lifestyle potential of the brand, this position will support Licensing marketing, driving synergies across brand and key businesses. These categories include, but are not limited to, Eyewear, Men’s & Women’s Underwear/Sleepwear/Socks, and additional licensed apparel categories. This role will focus more specifically on licensing marketing projects related to Sports (i.e. US Open, Wimbledon, Australian Open, Olympics), Holiday, and seasonal campaigns across Ralph Lauren Collection, Purple Label, and Polo Ralph Lauren. The Associate will lead daily communications and own calendar planning while supporting on global campaign briefings and business development initiatives, ultimately helping to support how we present these categories to consumers across channels, platforms, and regions.
